Who are some of the individuals who are involved in this project?
Dr. Rosa Linda Espinosa V.
A physician from Mexico City who has lived in Mexicali now for the past sixteen years and has worked for one of the largest federal Mexican hospital organizations (I.S.S.S.T.E.) in the country here in Mexicali since 1984. She has just finished the Masters program in Family Medicine through the Autonomous National University of Mexico. She has served on national committees here in Mexico which have to do with the promotion of women and is currently a member of an administrative institution here in Mexicali which promotes the unity of mankind. She has attended numerous medical simposiums, conferences and workshops throughout the country and is a member of several medical organizations as well as being one of the founders of the local chapter of the Women Medical Association. She has organized as well as given medical conferences throughout Mexico as well as giving conferences which promote the unity of mankind, the equality of men and women, the need for a world auxilary language and other themes which relate to world unity.
Dr. Susan P. Millet
Has her doctorate in Education from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Susan lives and works in the L.A. area and is dedicated to the coordination of a curriculum development team for this degree program. She is also committed to developing the curriculum for other degree programs as the need arises. Susan has lived and worked in Latin America with her daughters, in the Yucatan and Quintana Roo areas of Mexico and continues to be active with Latin American groups in her own and surrounding communities.
María de Jesus Muñoz Barrera
Is finishing her B.A. in Education Sciences from the Autonomous University of Baja California. She has recently received training in Oaxaca, Oaxaca in order to begin to train the tutors who will be giving the S.A.T. She is also working to establish the S.A.T. junior high classes in the Mexicali Valley and it looks like the Indigenous community of El Ejido Cucapa - El Mayor will be the first to have their own group.
Yugomir Méndez
Presently works as a consultant for the Consultoría-Huésped program created by the Autonomous University of Baja California (U.A.B.C.), the Canacintra and the Comité de Vinculación de Mexicali, a municipal consultant program for the very small, small and medium business. He graduated from the U.A.B.C. as an Industrial Engineer and contributes to the foundation by by helping to organize its various programs.
Frederick Lee Frazelle
A psychologist who received his B.A. from the University of the Americas, Puebla, Puebla, Mexico. He has done masters degree work at the Autonomous National University of Mexico in Social Psychology and has worked as the Director of Student Services in a technical university in Mexico City. Is currently finishing a three year Latin America Masters program in Social Development sponsored by the University Nur, Santa Cruz, Bolivia. One time member of the Mexican national administrative body of his religion as well as other national, regional and local governing bodies and committees. He has also given conferences throughout Mexico on varied topics relating to world unity and social and economic development. Currently works for the Imperial Valley Office of Education in their Child Development Division.
Frida Núr Frazelle Espinosa
Has her B.A. in Education Sciences from the Autonomous University of Baja California. Presently coordinates the Mona Workshop, a group of youth who do dramatic presentations on different principles and values, such as the equality of men and women, the elimination of all forms of prejudice, the unity of mankind, and the problems associated with A.I.D.s and drugs and alcohol. The Mona Workshop has had presentations in Cuba, throughout the western United States in cities, different cities in northern, central and southern Mexico and schools and universities in the Imperial and Mexicali Valleys.
Oscar Jalál Frazelle Espinosa
Is in his last year of Communications Sciences at the Autonomous University of Baja California and one of the founders of the Mona Workshop as well as the Anisa Foundation. Has visited South America for several months with an international youth group in order to promote the principles of world unity and later spent almost a year in Russia with the same group.
